it is a fan. it doesn't blow very hard at all even on the highest setting. and the clip doesn't stay unless it's sitting flat. unfortunately it doesn't work for what I need it for.

Good but needs design improvement.
Pros: Fan blows quite strong on all three speeds, has excellent battery life, is versitle, portable and exceeded performence expectations. Cons: Terrible clip design and duribility. I had it securely clipped to a plastic bed tray I got from Ikea which is not at all a slippery material, but fan fell off from side of the bed tray and fell on floor. Blade broke and rendered fan unusable. I will be exchanging it however and hope that this one doesn't come loose from where I clip it. Rubber material is not strong enough and does not grip all that well.
