If you are worried about Voc's and heavy formaldehyde off-gassing you should think twice about purchasing this product. It's great for dimensions. The directions are complicated, there are a lot of small pieces. If you like the dimensions and know someone with a circular saw it'd be much safer to re-purpose an old desk using the measurements. Mine will be off-gassing on the porch until spring 2024 at least.

This arrived in a relatively small box. Well marked pieces, easy to put together. We used wood glue to ensure the joints didn’t disconnect in use. Smaller than expected- but it will serve its purpose. I think the keyboard tray is smaller in width and length for optimal use

All was well until I attempted to put this desk together. There were rails missing, or the diagrams were either wrong, or they shipped wrong pieces. I couldn't figure out which was the problem. I'm returning it. I could exchange for another, but I'm not sure the correct pieces and directions will be included. All in all, it would have been very easy to assemble, and the quality of the desk is good. I would recommend it, IF you don't mind taking chances that you will receive a complete item, or proper instructions.

I got this for a small corner desk in the dining room for wife. It is seriously thee best packing I have seen for a company selling this kind of furniture. The corners even had strong plastic caps to protect them. Once together it become solid like a rock and you can feel that the wood itself is very durable. She loves this desk!

The desk will do for my kid, whose room is very small. Quality is what you would expect for the price point. But the instructions to assemble the desk is pictures only (with little to no detail) and at a couple points, more was needed. The image showed the sliding bar as two parts, but it comes together and it was difficult to figure out how to separate it with no instructions (tip: there is a little clip, when pressed will allow the bar to slide apart).
