Not sure I’d consider these heavy flow but they work for now, they don’t smell weird, and they weren’t too expensive.

The wings keep them in place, and the top layer is gentle on skin. On heavier days, definitely need to change these more often but it’s worth it for the level of comfort that you get.

They were comfortable wear for a few hours at a time. While they are thin, they help up well to a heavier day in my cycle.

Unfortunately, the absorbency was disappointing compared to what I expected for something labeled for heavy flow. On heavier days, they didn’t hold up well and I felt like leaks were more likely. I found them more suitable for lighter days or towards the end of my cycle rather than for actual heavy flow. Overall, they weren’t the best for me, especially compared to my go-to Always pads, which do a much better job of hiding and absorbing flow.

The wings fit very perfect on my panties and did not move at all. They came off easily and left no residue on my underwear. The material was soft and breathable but and has something that makes the moisture wisk away quickly which I like!

These pads are very comfortable and have the most seamless fit in a pad that I’ve used. Its absorbency is perfect for my flow which I would say is medium. It’s comparable to the Stayfree Ultra Thin pads (regular) but I think I prefer these ones because they’re slightly thinner and that makes wearing them more comfortable. I didn’t experience any leakage and the pad didn’t have issues with adherence. I will definitely buy more of these.

I might only use these if I need to, but I have some other products I’ll use before these. I don’t recommend these if you like using more natural woman’s products.
