Great For Teeth/Bones
I read about how CH is great for teeth, even repairing cavities over time. I started taking it to strengthen my bones, too. It's working great, my last 2 dental visits have been fantastic (after years of a cavity or two each visit). I also use a CH toothpaste.

I am sure the ingredients are great but the capsules are way too large. Am afraid to take them out of fear they will get stuck in my throat!

Easy on stomach
Osteoporosis runs in my family and I'm post-menopausal...therefore osteopenic. Most calcium supplements feel like I swallowed rocks. This one is so easy on my stomach and my bone density is good.

I believe that NOW Foods' CALCIUM HYDROXYAPATITE is an excellent product. Right here on Swanson's website, this product is called a 'Bioavailable Calcium Source.' Paraphrasing the product description. . . . 'High Collagen Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite is the actual form of calcium found naturally in bone tissue. It provides both the organic and inorganic constituents found in the skeletal structure.' That is the kind of nutritional supplement I want to take. I do take 4 of these capsules with my other bedtime minerals and supplements, and sometimes 1 or 2 in the morning. Works for me. I can easily and enthusiastically recommend this MICROCRYSTALLINE CALCIUM HYDROXYAPATITE product from NOW Foods. BIOAVAILABILITY.

This supplement is easy to take either in the capsule or out . It should be taken with magnesium for best results .
