Undecided on gummies form, but like Qunol Turmeric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This form came as a free promotion on a previous order. I started using them when I realized that I waited too long to order my normal refill of Qunol Turmeric in capsule form. Undecided on gummies form, but like Qunol Turmeric. As best I can tell, the benefits are similar, though maybe not identical...too soon to say. I've never been a big gummy fan of any type, supplemental or candy. My main complaint is that it is sticky to my teeth and if I brush them soon after taking them I rinse out a lot of orange (Turmeric?). This makes me question the long term staining risk as well as how much I might be rinsing away instead of absorbing.

These are the best turmeric gummies I've tasted, I did notice that the 60 count is softer than the 90 count ones that I got, I don't know if they changed the formula or not, but I do like the firmer ones better

I prefer the capsules. They were all stuck to my teeth. I’m sure they are as effective as capsules, but they aren’t for me. Sorry.
