I will definitely buy again
Fine (that is, not coarse) flour that I mix with white and whole wheat flours in my bread recipes. It makes a more interesting loaf. I also find my bread is chewier, but that could be due to other factors.

Super option flour
Great item! My wife does a lot of baking and finds the flavor and texture of the spelt flour very helpful for some recipes. She feels it is a softer flour, more like whole wheat pastry flour. She's happy, so... You know how the rest goes.

Makes great Whoopie Pies!
This is my first experience with buckwheat flour and I'm very pleased. I am a fat-free, whole-foods, vegan and made some buckwheat pancakes (plant milk, baking powder, no oil) and they turned out terrific in my well-seasoned, cast-iron pan. They make a mean Whoopie Pie with cocoa+arrowroot powder+maple syrup mixture oozing in between the pancakes! Yum!

I've been baking gluten-free for a bit over a year and I have found that buckwheat flour provides a "wheaty" flavor when used in combination with other gluten free flours. Recently, I acquired a 100% buckwheat bread recipe, which I look forward to trying in the near future. Note: Buckwheat flour results in a rather stickier dough or batter.

Spelt Gratitude
Spelt flour gives bread bread a full flavor without being heavy. I use a ratio of 1:3 and relax into the aroma and taste fresh from the oven. Great with herbed butter ~

This is a nice gluten free alternative to rice cereal. Easy to digest. Nice sized flakes. Holds up well in liquid, doesn't get soggy. I found the flakes can be a little too hard, so it is good to let these soften up a bit before eating.
