Very nice and strong chain. Feels secure to the phone, and looks very nice and elevated when its around your neck. The finish is nice and bright, and no sharp edges on the chain to dig into your neck. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a great accessory to go with the water-resistant phone case that comes with the large chrome silver tote bag! Just wore them during a vaca in FL and gots of compliments plus felt as if my things were totally secure and stylish! Will be buying the tortoiseshell as well when I place another order. Love it! It is light weight and comfortable. Used it for the first time while traveling for vacation and also while shopping and it made everything so much easier! I hate having my phone in my pocket so this was a game changer. I especially love that it is fully accessible versus having it in a purse that you then have to keep pulling out when you need it. And you know you aren't going to accidentally put it down somewhere and lose it

Sadly, not functional
I really wanted to love this. It is super cute and people complement it all the time. However, the links on the chain are not actually sealed closed. They have little brakes in them, and if you pull on it even slightly, the links, come undone from each other so you have to be constantly clicking them back together. if someone actually tried to take my phone, I imagine they’d be able to get it because the chain would just break. It regularly breaks when I’m just shifting it around.

Beautiful but disappointed
I love the idea of this and the design is beautiful but it doesn’t work with my phone cases. Yes, it fits but when actually worn, the weight of my iPhone 13 pulls the case at the bottom. So it stretches my phone case at the base. This case is a silicone case. I also have a clear plastic case that does the same. I also have a Nudient slim case but this doesn’t fit with the case on. Not properly. I still recommend the product, just doesn’t work well with certain cases. Perhaps it works best with other Casemate brand cases.
