I used to take metamucil until I realized the importance of organic ingredients. I've switched to the Bellway collagen powder which is seriously helping my hair but I bought the capsules to take on vacation and they really helped my travel tummy!! Highly recommend

Details on actual bottle tell you to take 5 capsules 2-3 times per day. Very different than the serving size of 5 (which is already a lot!) mentioned in the description on the website and on the Supplement Facts section of the bottle. I won’t buy again. Cost per month, if I follow the directions jumps to $60, rather than $20.
