Campbell's Chunky Soup Creamy Chicken and Bacon Carbonara - 18.8oz

I tried this new flavor an hour ago and was massively disappointed. I've had carbonara on pasta before, so I had a certain expectation. This fell dramatically short. It lacked flavor entirely. It was one of the blandest soups I had ever tasted. I even shook the can thoroughly before I took out my portion just in case anything had settled. Even shaking it didn't help at all. As a soup it makes sense for the taste to be a little different, maybe even a little diluted. But this was ridiculous. No taste, no flavor. I had to put grated cheese on it get any taste. What happened to Campbell's Chunky soups? They used to be great. Lately their flavors don't just miss the mark, they barely hit the target at all. This just sad. Will I ever buy their soups again? Sure. Their older flavrs are still high quality. But I won't waste money on new flavors. Stick with what you know. Why did I give it 2 stars if I was so disppointed? The soup itself is still hearty. The chicken is good quality, the soup cremy, and the pasta and vegetables remained the right consistency. But if I have to add things to a soup that is supposed to be ready ot eat, then why bother?

I love this classic soup. It’s classic packaging and red color and just the ingredients and flavor that that bring good happy memories. I think anyone would love this product.

I was really curious to try this one — the combination of creamy chicken, bacon, and carbonara sounded rich and hearty. The texture is thick and satisfying, and it definitely feels more like a meal than a soup. However, for my taste, it was a bit too heavy and salty, and I wish the bacon flavor came through more naturally instead of being overly processed. That said, it has great potential if you’re in the mood for a super comforting, protein-packed option. I’d love to see a version with a touch more balance and freshness — then it could really shine!

The pasta was elbow macaroni and was on the mushy side. I didn't care for it as a soup. The other two cans will be going to the USPS/Letter Carriers' food drive in May.

The image on the front of the can makes it seem like this is packed with chicken, bacon and noodles. The reality is it was mostly bacon flavored cream with very few noodles and chicken. 17g of protein is nice, but ultimately I wouldn't get this again.

A big bowl of seasonless cream with a hint of "griddle" thrown in. Had to use 3 separate seasonings + kosher salt to even make it palatable, but it still never made it it "edible." Furthermore, barely any chicken, or noodles. I don't know who developed this flavour, but please fire them.

Best soup ever by this line. I was so surprised and had to buy 4 more!
