Depend’s liner is 2x drier than before and helps keep you dry all night by wicking wetness away from your skin. Depend Night Defense for Women provides a discreet fit, soft and smooth fabric and a high-performance waistband that helps keep underwear securely in place and helps you sleep worry-free. Depend Night Defense incontinence and postpartum underwear for bladder leaks is available in five sizes: small (24–30" waist), size medium (31–37" waist), size large (38–44" waist), size extra-large (45–54" waist) and size extra-extra-large (55–64" waist). The absorbency is very good and they also fit well without pulling, tugging or sliding. I'd say they are very comfortable even with longer wear. The odour control is good but I think it could be improved.

I use Depend Night Defense every night. My only complaint is that the back absorbent panel does not go far enough up in the back. So when lying down I always have leaks. Given that this product is marketed for overnight it should have wider snd linger coverage on the back.

Kimberly Clark must assume that the person trying the product has a caregiver. I am 62 with cerebral palsy and I couldn't get the "underwear" on. I bought XL but it looked small to me. I couldn't get both/each foot thru the proper hole.

Horrible product, it doesn't have sufficient side barriers, so of course I had an accident as soon as I sat up. The coverage from front to back isn't long enough either, and started leaking onto the none absorption part.
