    The rug itself is beautiful & I was told cannot be replaced so I will be keeping it. It was delivered with the box completely ripped on the top & bottom. The plastic wrap was curled up inside the rug. There were many dead bugs & animal hair inside in clumps. May have been a return but sadly I think paying $200 means it should be in better condition. I will be spending my afternoon deep cleaning my brand new rug before putting it down in my home. Very disappointing but I believe it's on target & not the rug brand / maker.
