I received the heavy ones and they were perfect. The length too. Not too long but not too short. I will repurchase and recommend to all.

I love how discreet they feel under clothing, but at the same time, they provide excellent coverage. Even on heavier days, they hold up without leaks, and the wings keep them exactly where they should be.

I love how slim and comfortable they are . My only dislike is the lack of natural option’s from Kotex which is a personal preference.., and that’s why I gave it 4/5 stars.

It was a great option to use after my period cause allow me to use close that I was scared to use if I get a blood stain. When you use it, you don’t even feel you have it so that’s one of the biggest things about why I read this product five stars .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] U by Kotex have been my go to pads for over five years now they’re an ultra thin pad with wings, but absorbs like you couldn’t imagine you always feel safe and secure knowing you are not going to leak and is not going to move if flexes with your body, it is the most comfortable pad I have ever wore I have tried every single one. They have the heavy one is great for during the days if you’re heavier, bleeder, or for night time just for a little extra protection I will always use these and recommend them because they have never disappointed me. They make me feel comfortable during my periods and make it easier because that week has already difficult enough!

The wings are a different design that normal, which makes them fit my underwear and not budge. I also love that they come in different sizes—it makes it easy to find the right fit for each day. It's definitely something I’d repurchase.
