Received a defective item

The pillow that is supposed to be behind your head never proofed up it’s completely flat. I don’t have time to exchange or return because of surgery.

Not sure how i feel about this, it looks pretty gimpy

Hope it expands to the full shape because it does not look good at all right now. It’s pretty gimpy looking. :-( if it does get to the right shape and improves my sleep I’ll change my review. I just don’t see how it will support my back when it is c shaped and I have it face up otherwise the zipper would be face up. Just saying we will see. The neck pillow is flatter than a pancake. Maybe you should rethink your packing technique. It’s going to ruin a product you are charging $85 for. As a person with severe back problems I was looking forward to feeling to better and getting a goodnight sleep for once but now I’m not so sure. I hope this proves me wrong. I’ll let you know.

Best orthopedic pillow !!!

Absolutely love this pillow! Have had difficulty with my back for years and tried other pillows and this one is the best overall because it supports back from fatigue and with leg support it takes weight off back and gives ultimate comfort.
