Wiggly and refused return

The loft is wiggly and unsafe even attached to the wall. The ladder is small, thin bars that hurt your feet to get up and down. We never felt comfortable having our child use it. By the time we got it built then reboxed and taken back into Target store, they said it was outside the return window which had suddenly changed from 90 days to 30 days after we purchased it. Customer service wanted documentation of defective parts too but by then we weren’t going to rebuild (3hr process). We will not be buying furniture through Target again and certain will not purchase poor quality items offered through ModernLuxe.
