Not too bad of qualiry. Espescially for the price. Pay attention to instucrions. They are alittle hard to read. Big tip when putting together yourself leave bolts on legs loose so you can make adjuatments

Second purchase from P+B â¤ï¸

This is my second platform bed purchase from Plank +Beam. Very well engineered, quality is excellent. Super easy to assemble. My dtr-in-law and I (67F) put it together in about 20 minutes. The gray color is medium color in terms of hue; a rich gray. I love the clean lines and tapered legs of this bed. I'm using this twin size as a couch/daybed. Great in my loft!

I don’t understand why the

I don’t understand why the closer slat mattress platform doesn’t come with the bed. Currently most consumers buy foam mattresses and they require slats that are closer together. So I had a purchase your other slat platform and now I have a platform that I paid for and can’t use. Just saying.

Solid simple style

We like the solid wood. Its a bit tricky to assemble as the directions have no written words or even easy order to follow in the drawings. Two people needed.The light color isn’t orangey or grey…blends well with natural wood colors.

Nice but too big

Beds are very well made and sturdy and assembly was easy. The only thing I am not happy with is that they are larger than a normal size twin mattress. I did check the size before ordering but thought the measurement was the outer measurement and not internal where the mattress is placed. Not sure why this was not made to fit a normal twin mattress. Our mattresses seem to have a lot of space around them which is unfilled. I had considered returning but decided against it since you have to pay the return fee and then restocking fee. Despite the size, the beds look nice.

We are very happy with this purchase. The beds were delivered earlier than expected. They were easy to put together and seen very sturdy. The color was a little more brown than expected but they work well with the other furnishings. I am considering another purchase from your company.

I needed something low profile

I needed something low profile for my Grandson but with space under bed. This will work out great. Wish I had a few more slats but I can always add a few. Like it a lot. Can’t add photos right now as I’m out of town.

Came with a missing piece…still waiting to put it together

This bed is super simple to assemble unless it has a missing piece. I should say for some reason this bed took forever to get to me. Once we figured there was a missing piece we Contacted customer service immediately. They said it should t take long to get the missing piece. Weeks gone by…still waiting for the missing piece to arrive.

Decent for the price

It took ages for the bed to arrive, with no customer service replies to my inquiries in the meantime. It's attractive now that we've put it together, but it loosens up frequently and needs to be tightened, so I'm not sure it will hold up in the longer term.
