    Stops working in a few months

    In just a few months, the usb plugs have stopped working. The standard plug outlet on the lamp doesn’t work very well either because it’s very ‘loose’. No response from the manufacturer although I have contacted them

    Had to switch shades

    The base is great but the shade is too long to reach under for the on/off switch properly causing a jumbling and tumbling to grasp for it -- so I had to change out the shades as other reviews mentioned, but I still had black square shades from the lamps I was switching out so I replaced them and the finials for these worked great on the black square shades. I love the plug and the USB port on the base of the lamp so I can charge iPhone and air pods at night without a mess of cords jumbled around. The height is great for bedside reading and they are super sturdy and the modern look is perfect. Actually looks better with a black square shade.
