Basic economics
Here's a tip. Keep the product the way it was. Stop changing what works (odds are to try to reduce production costs) and reduce the ridiculous price point. 3 for that amount of money is obscene which is probably why they aren't selling as well. It wasn't the product. Get the product back to the original ingredients and reduce the price point. They will fly off the shelves and EVERYONE wins. They are not worth the ridiculous price right now.

These are amazing. I miss regular ice cream cones since having to be dairy free and these taste amazing. It’s ridiculous how expensive they are for only 3 cones though.

Delicious! But soft cone
I’ve recently tried the caramel sundaes and while they are tasty, the cone is very mushy and soft; and the caramel almost explodes everywhere once you get halfway through the cone! I really enjoy these dairy free cone alternatives but every box I have gotten, the cones are just very mushy and not crunchy

Proportions seem different recently
This has been a household staple for a little over a year. We literally eat one every day. The last few boxes we’ve gotten have new ice cream, caramel, chocolate proportions. There’s so much caramel it leaks out once you’re half way thru. Seems like a weird thing to complain about I know, but they were perfect before! And now they are too sugary and my husband doesn’t want to eat them. I’m so sad. It was kind of a cute ritual we had every day. Sometimes even before dinner!

Bought 7 boxes and had most of them thus far. Hate scooping into cones. Great tasting with that chocolate near bottom of cone!

Good option for those of us with lactose issues. Wish the cone was crunchy instead 3/4 of it was soggy, but still good. A little pricey.

I love these dairy free sundaes. They give me the same satisfaction as those drumstick ice creams I used to love as a kid. I even has the little chocolate part at the end of the cone that everyone anticipates when they eat these drumsticks. The only problem I have with them is that you guys can fit one more drumstick in that box! 3 isn't an even number and theres space for one more!! For the price it would be reasonable to at least give us 4 cones. Hopefully investing in this product while it's expensive will mean it will go down in the future as it's become more mainstream.
