This chair doesn’t really massage. It just vibrates. The heat is at the top part of the chair so you can’t feel it on your back. The arms the of the chair have already broken off because the screws are not a good size to keep the arm attached to the body of the chair. Do not recommend buying this.

MY HEATER AND MASSAGER DIDN’T EVEN WORK !!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! For spending this much money I’m so frustrated that this chair doesn’t work I hope they can fix it or send me a new one such a disappointment though. Day ruined !

Missing piece

I love it besides the fact it came missing a rivet so the arm on the left side won't stay up for long. Will purchase a new rivet for it. It took so long to put together it's too much of a hassle to send back and ask for a new one

Pretty Sure

Pretty sure this is the chair I ordered. Was impressed with the packaging, very secure. I only stripped out one screw (used one of the spare screw provided), had to redo one step (jumped ahead of the pictures). Overall was very easy to put together. All ready turned on the massage and heat, love it.
