Indispensable Kitchen Tool
We bought this two years ago and use it almost daily. Several people, who were visiting us, saw how amazing it was have bought it, too. They are equally as pleased as us with their purchase. We love the grill, the smoker, and the air fryer functions. It is easy to clean, too.. The food dehydrator is great for any kind of jerky. You will wonder why you didnt buy this sooner.

Versatile appliance
I’ve had this unit for a few years now and love the thing. It’s one of the most versatile appliances in my home. The smoker function works great (I do not recommend smoking above 250). My only criticism is that I wish the convection fan would not operate while in grill mode due to smaller or lighter food items flying around while the lid is closed. The baking function works great too but be careful, the food tends to bake quicker with the heating elements so close.

Great grill
I bought the smaller Woodfire two years ago. This is the best grill I have ever cooked on . Several of my friends have purchased one because they were so impressed over mine. I’m seriously considering purchasing the larger one. Thanks sharkninja for building the best grill made.

Excellent Grill, Flawed Probe System
I purchased my Ninja XL in Nov 2023 and have absolutely loved it - the functionality, ease of use, and woodfire technology are fantastic. That said, I’ve experienced consistent issues with the thermometer probes and ports. Over time, they seem to lose proper connectivity, which results in unreliable readings. This has been quite frustrating. I even ordered new thermometer probes thinking they were the problem. However, the connectivity issues persist. It is also a port problem. If the probe/port system were improved, this would easily be a near-perfect product.

Great All In One Grill

Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. I was very excited to receive my Ninja Woodfire XL Connect Grill, but upon opening it, I noticed that an internal part was bent, which is clearly visible as soon as the lid is opened. When you purchase a product at this price point, you expect it to arrive in perfect condition. Receiving a unit with visible damage gives the impression that it was previously used or poorly handled, which is very disappointing—especially from a brand like Ninja. I have attached photos that clearly show the issue. The grill did not arrive in new, flawless condition, which is unacceptable for a premium product. I am kindly requesting a replacement with a brand-new unit in perfect condition. This is not the level of quality one expects when buying a high-end product. I hope Ninja can resolve this promptly

Great when it works
I love it when it works. My wife bought this for me on my birthday in July since then has been replaced twice, but when it works, it’s I really like it. They have a great support group

Smoky flavor close to charcoal
Terrific machine. Really imparts a smoky flavor. I previously used an electric Weber grill but could never get the smoky flavor I used to get from charcoal even using wood chips in the Weber. I've only had it a few weeks but have cooked whole chickens twice and steaks once. Came out beautifully using the thermometer and the pro-connect ap. I'm sorry the ap doesn't have more recipes under "charts" but I can always buy a cookbook. Good job Ninja!

Great at the start, but not long-lasting
Purchased a year ago. All was wonderful at first and had a great experience cooking on the weekends. Now, just one year after purchase, the pellets will not ignite. The igniter that used to glow bright orange, barely gets warm. One year later, I no longer have a smoker. My unit is very protected from the elements, and I clean it thoroughly after each use. I am not confident enough to buy another one. I need a longer lasting product.

Nice grill
I just started using this grill and I want to say it works just as it says that it does. Using the thermometer to cook with takes all the guesswork out of it. Very nice grill and I’m glad I got it. Thank you Ninja for presenting a great product for grilling. Denny
