Some assembly issues, good support

Mostly easy to put together, but some bolts seemed too short. I am going to replace a couple. There was a chip in the wood seat back, but I couldn’t tell if it happened at the manufacturer or when I unboxed. On the plus side, The wood has a nice solid feel and the chair is very supportive. I am a big guy and it’s very comfortable.

Not happy

The chairs were delivered today and returned to the store all in the same day. With how much I paid for the chairs I was expecting a higher quality in the materials and the product overall. The chairs sat low to the floor, when sitting on the cushion it was very firm, like sitting on books and had no back support. The bottom support was not stained/finished and had a white residue in between the slots/connections of the frame. There was one big area that was all filled in with it this white stuff. Really disappointed overall.

Very good quality.

I like this medieval style very much. It matches the decoration of my house very well. It is of good quality. It is also very heavy and stable. The price is moderate. I recommend it.

it's SOOO comfortable!!

I love this chair. The design is stylish. Wood & fabric look like high quality furniture. And I can comfortably sit in it for hours, using my little footstool to rest my feet. I like that it's fairly low profile - I didn't want a giant recliner taking up a bunch of space. This chair supports good posture but isn't rigidly upright. No complaints at all. An excellent value. I may get another of these! Would definitely recommend.
