Id say this is as hot as youd want to eat anything and it was good, bruned my mouth a bit, but it is high in saturated fat and carbs. Is it from the noodles? I dont know but it is too unhealthy to buy again.

Great taste, not great on the digestive system
I do like the flavor but it's extremely spicy...I added the whole sauce packet and I'd recommend maybe not doing that. Honestly, a teaspoon of the sauce would work fine. I tolerate spicy food very well, I eat raw jalapeno peppers on many of my foods but this gave me bathroom issues the following day, so be warned.

This is the absolute worst ramen we’ve ever tried. Everyone in our family hated it. At first I thought maybe I was losing my ability to handle spice, because it was beyond tolerable for me. My spouse tried it and hated it. Then we gave the rest to our adult daughter who LIVES for hot hot spice that I cannot tolerate, so I thought for sure she’d like it. It made her throw up!! I don’t know how this has gotten other good reviews, but all I can say is, if you get this, good luck. We’ll never purchase it again.

Spicy ramen that brings the heat
I just grabbed these on a whim, because I was sick and ramen sounded good. This pretty good store bought ramen, but it packed more heat than I was expecting. It only says red peppers and capsicum extract, so whatever it is just know it is not messing around. For as spicy as it is it has great flavor.
