To confirm, the pH Balanced Cleanser formula has not changed since January of 2023. Regarding the lathering, at Love Wellness, we use clean and organic ingredients that are sourced from numerous locations across the world, depending on which location has the highest quality of any specific ingredient. Since we use ingredients that are seasonally sourced, depending on the time, weather, and environment, there can be a slight change in the texture and smell from batch to batch of all of our products, pH Balanced Cleanser included. Additionally, we actively limit the amount of surfactants in this product, which means that it does have very low foam/if any at all. Foaming ingredients can be very stripping on sensitive skin, and our product is designed for all types of sensitivities. Therefore, this lack of lather is not anything to worry about!

Hi there! Sorry to hear you are disappointed by the cost of the product. We haven't made any cost increases to our our pH Balanced Cleanser™ ever, in fact, we're proud to say we've only lowered the price from $24.99 to $14.99 several years back!
