I have dry skin so I thought this would be nice. I’ve tried countless samples of everything face - moisturizers, cleansers, serums, etc. over 20 years and never had a problem. This gross feeling lotion cleanser has made me break out like I never have before, everywhere. A new giant pimple every day for a week and tons of tiny hard things in my chin. What a waste.

It feels icky and rough. Not soft and creamy. Smells awful. Oh but at least it’s good for sensitive skin, right? Wrong. I have contact dermatitis and this cleanser itches and causes skin irritation.

Helped with my Acne!
I got this as a free item from my 360 membership and I was very hesitant at first. I’ve dealt with acne for over 25 years and I’m very picky on what goes on my face. As I’ve gotten older, I can tolerate more and try new items. Please note, this cleanser does NOT lather. It’s a creamy cleanser and creamy cleaners do not lather with lots of bubbles. I have always used my Clarisonic to do a better cleaning with any cleanser. After a couple weeks my skin has never felt cleaner nor more clear! I was shocked to say the least. I always use a toner after cleansing and very little dirt on the pad. It’s actually cleansing! I have used prescribed cleansers, expensive cleansers and cheap ones. I’m very happy with this product!

Not so squeaky clean
I was shocked the first time I used this because there is absolutely ZERO lather. Like none at all. Everyone saying this feels like lotion is right. That said, I’ve never used a cleanser that didn’t leave my skin feeling tight after use, until this one! I thought tight just meant “squeaky clean” when I was younger and have kind of always just accepted it. This one actually feels fresh and clean despite the texture PLUS my skin is not tight or angry. It’s bizarre but I’m not complaining. I imagine most people would not like it. I got this as a freebie, otherwise I never, ever would have tried something like this.

I tried this cleanser for a week. It didn't work well on my face. Rather than return the cleanser, for the heck of it I used it while washing my HANDS. Et voila, it's actually good for my messed up gardeners hands!

Results after 1 month ... spend a little more on something else.
I bought this item before reading the reviews, and gave it like a 1 month to do its job. First impression….well…I thought I bought the wrong item as it felt like I was putting lotion on my face. Though, my face felt good after using it. After a day of wearing makeup, I wanted to see if it actually takes the majority of make up off…but it didn’t. It sort of just moved the makeup around, anything but getting it off my face. I used cerave before this one, and never had any trouble taking my makeup off. Mind you, I don’t do a full on makeup, only light foundation and setting powder. I noticed after a few days that my forehead felt bumpy and I started to break out just a little. It can be normal after using a new product, however, it has not gotten better. I’m going to be switching back to cerave. It’s worth spending a little more money on a product that actually does its job.

Sensitive skin win
I switched to this after I became allergic to the new formula in my normal Face wash. The key with this one is to buy one of those rubber face wash scrubbers so you can get a good wash in. My skin feels much nicer than the other one I had and it washes off all of my Makeup well. Just using your hands won’t work with the consistency of this. My face doesn’t feel tight and dry after the shower.
