I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed with target, and also with this brand because it is a well-known brand that has been around for decades. Clearly, this is a third-party market seller who I bought from on target trusting it to be high-quality since it was target online….. the keyboard arrived in a very worn stains sort of tattered up box….. at first I shrugged it off and put it towards shipping quality, however, I went up the box and take the keyboard. There’s a clear stain on the space bar and a few other little stains throughout on top of the keys. And on the back of the keyboard, you flip it over and you can see smudges/stains on the little grippy thing that helps keep the keyboard in place which clearly indicates this item has been used and has been used for at least a decent amount of time because you don’t just get those type of stains from just Using it for a couple days and then deciding if it’s not for you in return returning it. This is a clear item that was used for a good 30 to 90 days since this item gets a 90 day return policy from target, and whoever decided to resell it as new, not refurbished or reselling clearly forgot to properly clean the item so that way the new buyer (aka me) wouldn’t be able to tell less than 10 seconds that it was a heavily used item that I bought for brand new at full price. I am going to see if target has this in stock in store instead and hope that there’s better quality control for that because I really want this keyboard and I love the film design of it because it makes me feel like I’m eight years old again on my desktop in my bedroom….. it’s very late 90s early 2005s with all the modern technology like text to talk microphone and stuff. So it looks amazing it feels amazing. It’s just used and should have been sold as a refurbished item and it should’ve been properly inspected and clean to then so as refurbished not dirty and used and retail that full price.
