4Sisters Italian White Rice Kid's Pouch Tony Tomato - 8.5oz

We tried the Tony Tomato Kids Rice at home and had mixed reactions. The flavor was stronger than expected and reminded us of pizza, which wasn’t a favorite for my older kids or for me. On the positive side, my 16-month-old really enjoyed it and ate it happily. This may be a good option for younger toddlers who like bold, savory flavors, even if it didn’t appeal as much to older kids in our household.

Solid texture — The rice comes out fluffy and not mushy. Good pantry backup — Easy to keep around for nights when you need a fast side. ⚠️ What I Didn’t Love: Flavor is just okay — The tomato taste is there, but it’s pretty mild and not as rich or bold as you'd expect. Portion is small — At 8.5 oz, it really only feels like one solid serving. Not great if you expected more. Price is a con — For the size, it feels a bit expensive compared to other quick-cook rice pouches. You’re paying mainly for convenience. Bottom Line: Handy in a pinch and decent for quick meals, but the small size and average flavor make it more of an occasional buy than a go-to staple. Rating: 3/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes just like tomato soup but in rice form. That's not my favorite. I was hoping more for like a Mexican rice tomato base. If that's your thing then you'll absolutely love it. I know some kids love tomato. It was quick and easy. Only takes 90 seconds. Makes prepping a meal fast and easy.

So full of flavor and so easy to make — just pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds and vuela! 🙌 My three boys loved it too — definitely a new family favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not a huge fan of pouch rice but this one was ok. I like that the ingredients are clean and it was easy to make I was able to get 2 child portions of 1 pouch. Its a good alternative for when there isnt a lot of time or energy to cook.

The tomato flavor and smell was spot on and added a fun twist to our meal. Paired it with some chicken and pasta and it was a good combo. Women-owned business bonus points Super easy to make using the stove option. I would buy this to have on hand when needed it has a good shelf life and great packaging.

It’s kind of hard for me to find in stores at the moment. Perfect portion size for the kids. Packaging got the kids excited to eat it. Good nutrition in it. So good for a kid diet . The flavor was too artificial for my taste and the seasoning felt overpowering rather than balanced. The texture of the rice was fine and I liked the convenience of the heat-and-eat packaging, but overall I didn’t enjoy the taste enough to buy it again.

It takes less than two minutes to make and comes out tasting like it’s been on the stove for hours. It’s my new go to side dish
