Great Simple Design - Wifi Option Needs Addressed
Like that it was very simple to set up and that it's a very slim sleek design. Love the extra lift in the head area where the pillow usually has to be stuffed for comfort. Disappointed the wifi doesn't work to set option on remote and when calling there was no estimated time on delivering this option. They should explain that in description. Vibration only last 10 minutes whereas my other temperpedic bed last 20 minutes. 10 minutes always catches me right as I'm about to drift - would be great to be able to program remote for 20 minutes.

APP doesn’t work
Don’t buy if the APP with Alexa is a selling feature for you! It was for me, and was extremely disappointed when I found out the APP hasn’t worked for anyone on in roughly the last 7 months. They need to stop advertising this feature if it doesn’t work.

Why did I wait so long????
I have looked at this bed, laid on it at different Cariloha stores and even shopped other brands but ended up coming back to this one and wish I would have done it sooner! I’ve been using Cariloha sheets for years and should have known from their quality that the bed would be just as pleasing. If you’re thinking about it, do it. You won’t be disappointed!

Comfy but don’t count on all features to work
Absolute comfort but adjustments can only be made using provided remote. No help with connecting it to either my phone or Alexa…worth the purchase but not at full price.

All the bells and whistles!
This comfort base is amazing. It is comfortable and designed to fit in most bed frames. This is LOVED! We have a beautiful bedframe and were nervous we would not be able to use it, we were wrong. It fit perfectly! Shipping was quick. Assembly was easily. We are so pleased.

Comfortable.
I bought the bed on a recommendation. The bed is nice and comfortable. But the chemical smell from the foam is obtrusive. It’s been 3weeks of washing sheets, airing out the mattress, baking soda, etc. puts a damper on a really expensive bed

Absolute Perfection!
I have had an adjustable base in the past, but they couldn’t hold up to a large puppy (90 lbs). This is AMAZING! It is extremely solid, everything works, set-up was super easy. I absolutely love everything about it, and so does my bad back! I actually bought the mattress while on a cruise, and broke down and bought the base almost a year later. The mattress is absolutely the best EVER, and I’ve had every mattress known to man kind!

Finally sleeping like a baby after 45 years!
No joke! I have had a sleep disorder since birth. Not only do I have trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep. With the split king resort comfort base, I’m finally getting a good night’s sleep. And when my husband starts snoring, I simply grab my remote and elevate him slightly. I love it! Thank you, Cariloha!
