[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even say how much I loved this rice, I had already tried another one for sushi but the quality wasn't as good, I love cooking and I'm still improving my Japanese cuisine and without a doubt I will continue buying this brand, the grain is perfect for sushi, it doesn't have a strong smell, very good texture and easy to cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sushi rice from 4Sisters! This recipe was inspired from the recipe on the package and it is a new favorite of mine. Soaking and rinsing the rice made a huge difference so it wasn’t too sticky or starchy. Normally I use a rice cooker but cooking this on the stovetop was easy and the rice came out super fluffy. Adding the rice vinegar, sugar and salt mixture really made it smell like traditional sushi rice. Overall, this is a great quality rice, had a great flavor and texture and made the perfect base for our deconstructed sushi roll dinner.
Different taste, but good!

Both times the rice was tasty and easy to prepare. It has a great aroma that draws you in and follows with a savory taste. The packaging is well made and sturdy. I appreciate being able to seal it easily.

The grains cook up perfectly sticky, shiny, and hold together just the way sushi rice should. I was impressed with how fresh it tastes and how easy it is to prepare. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for sushi rice at home!

With 4sisters sushi rice, I can taste the sweetness, fresh, and fragrant from it. I love how it not too dry and not too sticky, and also tasting the sweetness from each bite. Im looking to try more products from 4sisters brand.

From the moment I rinsed it, I could tell the grains were high quality as they were plump, even, and nice and white. Once cooked, it turned out tender and perfectly sticky without being gluey. The subtle sweet flavor adds a lovely touch, especially for sushi rolls or just with soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame. I also like knowing it’s non-GMO and sustainably grown. It’s become my go-to rice for sushi nights and rice bowls alike.
