My cats seem to like it and it’s adorable from an aesthetic standpoint but it was ridiculously hard to put together. And I’m an engineer and assemble complex Lego sets as a hobby. So that’s really saying something. Reinforced the edges with clear packing tape in hopes it lasts at least a few days before my cats find a way to destroy it.
Buyer Beware

I have put together tons of cat houses, scratching posts etc in my life even a cardboard house that was as tall as me. NONE of them were as hard to put together as this was. I am an instruction follower but the instructions were hard to understand and after spending forever putting it together I realized I must have put one of the pieces on wrong which is incredibly annoying. I can’t be bothered to return it and I broke part of it while putting it together so I guess I’m keeping it but DON’T BUY IT. As an experienced crazy cat lady, this is not worth your time or patience. It may be cute but it’s not worth it.
So cute!

Cat scratcher hater - 2 days ago
I absolutely hated this product. Some of you may thinking about buying this, and if you are, please stop. I’ve sat through boring lessons in school, many time outs as a child, and even some conversations with my grandparents that I DEFINITELY did not want to be having. But nothing compared to this hour of my life. The first few minutes were fine. “I’m so excited! I hope the cats like this!!” Then. BAM. TORTURE. AGONY. I kept thinking throughout those next 55 minutes that I’ve never wanted to kms this bad. (But then I remembered oh wait yeah I have) Anyways, moral of the story is that it is the most awful hour you will ever spend ever. The cardboard was not cardboarding, the pieces were not piecing. When I tell you I hated this product - I HATED it. There honestly aren’t many things that can beat my hatred for this item. (Besides the orange running our country and McDonalds, sorry not sorry) if it gives you any idea how much I hated this product, I created a target account - JUST SO I COULD WRITE THIS REVIEW. That’s it. Please don’t buy it. - love cat scratcher hater. Ps. This gave me a headache too.

I bought this on a whim today hoping my cats would like it. The directions were probably clear but I did not have the patience to read the thouroughly; I mostly just looked at the pictures. I finally got it set up and one of my cats hopped in and stayed there for about an hour before she got out. I do recomment it!

After my cat's Chef Shrimpy's food truck crashed with the driver fleeing the scene of the accident, my babes have needed a new business venture. So I thought, hey they can be bakers. I've put together a ton of these playhouses for cats and this one was by far the most challenging one. I've had better experiences when assemblying IKEA or Wayfair. This was a pain. Cats love it though.

This biscuit factory required an engineering degree from MIT to assemble, only to have the roof collapse when my 12 pound cat jumped on the roof within a week of having it. I’ve bought multiple cardboard cathouses from Target, all of which were sturdy, but now I’m reconsidering any future purchases.

Custard immediately began renovations upon the building’s completion, siting flaws with the bakery’s signage and the awnings. She did not meet OSHAs safety standards while performing renovations.

This thing is an absolute nightmare to assemble. It’s cute but definitely not cute enough for how frustrating it is to assemble.

Got this for my 3 cats, first off this was a pain in the butt to set up and the front biscuit maker sign never wanted to stay up. While this was frustrating to set up 2 of my 3 cats did love it, unfortunately the material isn't meant to last. Lasted about 2 months before the top collapsed in and there was no way to fix. Plan to keep the scratch boards but pitching the rest.

Biscuit maker cat house - 16 days ago, Verified purchaser
Our two cats love it. And it's so darn cute. One likes to stretch out on top and they both like to hide inside and use it for scratching. Because it's cardboard it will not last forever but it was worth the amount paid for sure
Not a SCRATCH kitchen

My cat actually dressed professionally and made a resume to get a job at The Biscuit Maker. He was hired and told he could start as soon as construction was finished. His father is a roofer planning to get his contractor’s license and was selected to work on this building. However, after seeing the shoddy job he did on assembling The Biscuit Maker, I now question his abilities. To make matters worse, my cat, Sebastian, was fired almost immediately for “laying down on the job.” According to him, The Biscuit Maker is not really a SCRATCH kitchen. Their biscuits are canned Pillsbury and their pastries are Entenmann’s. Not to mention the multiple health and building code violations.
So cute!

Adorable and such a fun theme! My cats love a cardboard scratcher and this two level one gave a fun option for them. A bit tricky to put together and I wish the “awning” stayed on a little better. The rest of the box pretty sturdy and very nice that once one side of the corrugated cardboard is scratched up you can flip it over for one more side

Terrible to put together. The instructions are AWFUL. So, if you are an engineer or can easily locate one, have them put it together. Otherwise, our cats loved it. 😂
