When I purchased it through the website, it said to expect up to 2 weeks for it to arrive. It was delivered 3 days later. Installation was quick and easy and only took a couple of minutes. I love the level indicator on the side so I can be sure that the seat is in the right position. I've only used it once, but adjusting the straps was very easy. Overall, much easier to install and adjust than I expected and my granddaughter seemed very comfortable.

It was so easy to install, and I love knowing that I'll be able to use this for years. My biggest thing when looking for a carseat was finding one that grows with them, and this one is perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this car seat for less than 6 months and I went to remove the bottom seat piece to vacuum it out and the Velcro pieces have come completely off the fabric so now it is a safety issue for my autistic son. The older car seats were made with better quality!!
