Tastes alright, but my biggest gripe regarding this product is how it appears out of the package. The butter herb topping is adhered to the narrow half of the fillet when frozen. Cooking it from a frozen state is not recommended.

The fillets are individually wrapped, which makes it super convenient. The flavor is rich and well-seasoned with a nice teriyaki glaze that isn’t too sweet. It cooks easily in the air fryer or oven, and the texture of the salmon stays tender and juicy. I also appreciate that it’s responsibly sourced and has a good amount of protein (26g per serving). Perfect balanced flavor

However, this brand was surprisingly affordable considering the quality. The flavor was also delicious and well balanced. It came out tasting fresh, sweet and juicy all at the same time. It wasn’t at all bland or dry. It was also cooked in a way for it to be healthy and soft. I was able to pull it apart with just a spoon. I would still buy this again because it’s a quick, healthy and easy meal to make.
