  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Roll down bad

    If you don’t wear a bra, then the top part will slowly start to roll down. The gel sticky part doesn’t really do anything because these just fall no matter what. If you have a bra on though, then that helps keep them up

    Skip buying these!

    Terrible quality. Had a hole in it as soon as I picked it up. Not durable at all, don’t recommend. Also Target doesn’t allow trying on shapewear in stores, so it’ll be a game of buying and returning until you find your Goldilocks. Definitely don’t recommend this product.

    Rolls down at the top

    As a short-waisted person, this will not work. I had to return because it was constantly rolling down at the top, just from trying it on. It simply comes up too high and doesn’t stay put. If you’re not short wasted, this may work for you but it would not stay up even for a minute on me.

    Waste of money!! Ripped after 1 use!

    Terrible! Wore them to a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and they didn’t even last 1 day!! By the time I got to the reception these were ripped on the side, in the crotch and rolled down all day. I have receipt proof that I just bought them last week! Horrible waste of money!!
