It kept going higher than where it should because the straps were too short. I am short and have a short torsoe. The pads also didn't stay at the bottom, they kept riding up within the bra. I had to return it.

Missing padding!
According to my mom, when it was delivered it was missing one of the padded cups. They're removable so someone probably stole it. Buy in store to guarantee you're getting the cups too!
