A: The opening at the top of the riser is only 2.75" wide - not big enough for a standard 3" square dorm bed leg.

A: "Maximum weight limit per bed riser is 300lbs" is what the label says. I assume that is 1200lbs total by the way it reads.

So easy! Lift the bed, slide the leg into the center and repeat. Within 2 min bed was high enough slide a fridge and chair underneath. Even if u don't think u will need these, if ur moving into a dorm, I'd buy them just in case. They made a big difference and you'll never find them in stock in a college town on move in day.

These bed risers are absolutely gigantic. Like, comically so. My bad for not reading the exact measurements. But now I know why there are barely any product photos, and none shown with an actual bed. You could eat a salad out of one of these. Not exaggerating.
