Poor

There are so many dents and holes. Some of the screws dont go inside. Fixing the bed base is a pain

Therefore, rough handling or severe impacts during transportation may cause the dents you mentioned. However, we are happy to send you brand-new replacement parts. Regarding the installation issue, please check whether you used the corresponding screws. Our bed frame requires multiple sets of different screws, and using incorrect ones may lead to installation difficulties.
