Description

Peppermint cream with crunchy, bittersweet chocolate. Gluten-free. For most of my 20 years in ice cream I avoided making mint chocolate chip. I wanted to create new flavors, not look back at the old days. Then, in 2016, we challenged ourselves to recreate classic ice creams as good as we remember, but better than they ever were. Now I love green mint chip, especially on a fresh and flaky sugar cone. We naturally color it with spirulina for a beautiful green hue. Pure peppermint oil and crunchy bittersweet chocolate made with fair trade cocoa beans provide a cool and complex finish. Dare I say it's my new favorite? Jenis. Grass-grazed milk. jenis.com. The Best!!!!

This is hands down favorite Jeni's ice cream flavor and one of favorite ice creams in general. It's the perfect balance of mint and chocolate, only second to Talenti for me.

This ice cream is a delight for the senses. The chocolate flecks in this is a perfect complement to the true mint taste. A word of warning: only try this if you’re ready to never be satisfied by another mint chip ice cream again.

Horrible chocolate!

The mint flavor is pretty light, or maybe it’s just overshadowed by the chocolate chips. I was not a fan of the chocolate they use. It doesn’t melt in your mouth. When you chew it, it turns into tiny little bits that are like waxy plastic. I could not stand it! Bummed I wasted my money on this.
