Broken and now cant even replace
Beautiful piece used twice two separate times and broke the weight capacity is off!!!! My friend is under 300 lbs and my bed is broken.

Poor Design
Cute bed but very poor design. First time using it, it broke. When I reached out to Target, they offered to replace the broken piece. However, based on the design, replacing the piece would only cause it to break again. Now I have to either take the million pieces apart, box it up and drive the whole bed back to town for a refund, or opt to find a solution myself. I’m usually a fan of Target’s resolutions but this was extremely unacceptable. Not happy with the product or the way Target handled it.

No instructions included
Itrem did not come with any instructions and nothing posted online for this bed. Tried reaching out to Target Customer Service and they were no help at all. Being that everything is now out of the box I cannot return it so I guess I am stuck winging it hoping that I put it together correctly.

Not white as described
Overall the type of Murphy bed I was looking for but definitely not white. It looks like it wasn’t finished. Too much of a pain to return it after unboxing it.

Its cheap, but it's cheap.
Shipped with broken and defective parts (handle has no internal threads. Electronics casing is broken). Couldn’t tell until it was too late and I was several hours into unboxing and assembly. There was no way I was going to try to repackage it all and try to get it back to a target. There’s no way to contact the manufacturer. Assembly instructions are sub par. Hardware is cheap. Screws strip easily. But it didn’t cost very much, so you get what you pay for I guess.
