The texture is perfect, a softer crunch similar to that of cashews. I haven't tried all of the flavors this brand offers, but I'd be willing to bet they're all delicious.

Good but some being stale
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted macadamia nuts just by itself for the first time. They were quite fatty and tasted good. The only problem being 1-2 nuts in every handful tasted stale. I made banana bread using these nuts, and they tasted fine in that, though.
