Overall Very Disappointed and Unhappy

After waiting eight days from the time I placed my order for this Dining Table Set I'm more disappointed than anyhting else I have to say about it. First the color is a much more lighter gray than it looks like in the item photo but that's not very important and the only reason I even gave it one star. The table height while sittting in one of the chairs isn't an ideal match. The table should have been at least an inch shorter to make the angle your arms are resting at more comfortable and I'm 5' 9" tall. Also this mismatch in seat and table height puts the food very close to your face, not a good way to enjoy eating. Both seat cushions have a very visible indent around three quarters of them, it looks like the foam or whatever material was used to pad the cushions wasn't cut evenly across the top. This set wasn't any near worth the $320.71 it cost me, It should be more like $100 if even that much.

We understand that this can be frustrating and truly apologize for any inconvenience. As for the table and chair height, the table height is 42.3” and the seat height is 29.1”. These dimensions were determined based on market research of similar products and the preferences of the majority of our customers. Regarding the seat cushions, we ensure that the cushions are in good, fluffy condition before packing. The indentations you mentioned may have occurred during storage or shipping due to uneven pressure. We recommend gently tapping or fluffing the cushion in the affected areas, which should help restore its original shape.
