Parts missing.
The exact same thing happened to me. No power cord in the box. Got it home couldn’t find. Returned to the and employees had no idea how to resolve.

Mirror itself is fine. Light source is nice - not too bright on either setting. The hardware with the mirror is faulty, cheap, and inexcusable for a $125 product. Had to return to store to get one with the door hanging hardware and charging plug, then the screws to attach the hangers stripped the holes immediately. I had to superglue the hangers on to make it functional.

Spoke with the 1800 customer service due to missing part of free stand. Basically said nothing they can do and it doesn’t come with the stand only the over the door option. Than why advertise it with a stand or provide the stand in store. It’s a target brand and they won’t replace it even though it’s a Christmas gift basically your out of luck

So far my daughter seems to like it. It works best mounted, which I haven’t done yet. The stand makes it lean back too much imo. Now what everyone is talking about- the missing parts. I ordered the mirror for drive up. I got home and there was no power cord or mounting hardware. I went back to the store and looked in the mirror section, two unmarked white boxes were sitting at the bottom of the shelf where the mirrors had been. So what seems to be happening is the boxes aren’t attached well to the mirrors and when they are picked up either by an employee or shopper to be purchased they remain on the bottom of the shelf. Thankfully I was able to get the parts I needed, otherwise it would be useless like people are saying in their reviews.

Defective mirror
I paid $120 for this mirror for my daughter. The adapter/charging cord that allows the mirror to function is missing and there is a stain on it. I thought the stain was a dirt stain but it’s not. When the target member brought it to the vehicle they had boxes stacked on top of the mirror. Now I’m calling to try to see if the adapter cord possibly fell out during transition from the store to my vehicle however I can’t get a response.

Wish I would have read these reviews and paid attention upon purchasing the mirror in store. Our mirror also did not come with the charger. Have not tried contacting Target yet to get a replacement as it's Christmas morning, but a huge disappointment to see it's not just me who maybe lost the charger from store to home. Overall the mirror is cute and functional, my pre teen loves it and no longer needs to use mine. I hate to give a 1 star rating, but the missing cord is a huge inconvenience or else it would be a 5 star

Delivered damaged product
Store didn’t include the power cord. Mirrors frame is scrathed with color staining and visible dents. The mirror itself has blemishes that don’t wash off. Completely unacceptable, thanks Target

Missing items
I drove 30 minutes to pick up this item at a Target that had it in stock. When I got back home the mirror did not come with its respective mounts or power cord. I called the Target store I picked it up at and they were extremely unhelpful and said they did not have any more in stock so they couldn’t help me. Ridiculous.

Missing parts
I also had the issue of not receiving the parts. Thankfully, I was able to find them at the 3rd Target I traveled to for the missing parts. Target really failed with this mirror because the parts box is not secured to the mirror. The bottom of the mirror slides into the parts box and it falls off upon lifting the mirror. I guarantee that’s why so many were missing. Now that I have the missing parts, we can see if we’re able to enjoy it, but I’m still keeping my review at 1 star because the customer service chat was not helpful at all and the hassle of having to drive to 3 stores to fix Target’s mishap.
