Dewy/greasy glow at first. It's a gel-oil. The oily part does dry down but it takes a long time, the shimmer isn't super strong afterwards so the look becomes more subtle. Good for dry skin. No blurring if you're looking for a glow filter type of primer. I only wear this as a base, focused on my cheeks/temples. Or on collarbones. NOT a "crowdpleaser" and not for beginners, but if you know what you're looking for, this is so good.

I bought this on a whim because I was looking for something to give me a bit of a dewy look. When I first used it, I was so happy with the result. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. But by the end of day, I realized product never dried, I was still able to glide my finger over it and all the highlight transferred to my finger. What was worse, it somehow managed to melt my lower lid mascara... I had black flakes under my eye.. I never even put this product under my eye, just on my cheek! So... no, I do not recommend. It is an oily mess. It got returned.

The outside of the bottle has a weird velvety finish that makes it tacky/ sticky. And the name "Highlighter Drops" implied to me that this would be almost a liquid silky smooth skin care moisturizer vibe that cane out in drops. No, its a shiny thicker lotion, and it definitely "smears" on. When i walked out of ulta and put it on in my car mirror (a year ago now) i was like no i am going to return this. It was not a satisfying application. But LET ME TELL YOU i sat with it that whole day and I did have a glow that didnt wear off. Fast forward and I have used this every single solitary day for a year. I squirt some on the back of my hand, take my wet beauty blender, dab it in there and then put it all over my face after my morning skincare (whatver that ends up being that day. It works with literally anything underneath.) Sometimes i leave it as that if i dont have time for makeup. I have the rose gold kind so it makes my whole face at first almost a pinky glow. So if you dont mind looking shiny for a few hours it will eventually turn into a natural glow that day! Typically though i will put Loreal creamy natural shade on top of the live Tinted. All with that beauty blender. The live tinted rosy shine on my whole face leaves the PERFECT base for foundation. I then just put on some setting spray. Good to go and i have looked like ive had perfect skin for a year, now im out and need more wow its expensive but i have no choice ok the end.

I received this as a sample. I've used it almost every time I've used makeup. I mix it into my moisturizer or foundation. I have very dry skin and I found that I stayed looking dewy and my skin felt hydrated even after hours. That's not normal for me. I use to love the NARS Illuminators back in the day. It had a glow and the texture was silky and sheer. I've never been able to find anything similar. While these are not the same, I feel like it's kind of similar. I use it the same way I use to.

I bought a bunch of these with high hopes and was severely disappointed. The formula is super oily, not pigmented and doesnt last long whatsoever.

Very disappointed. These are not lightweight, liquid drops. The product is a thick, sticky, greasy lotion that never dries down, yet somehow provides only minimal glow. Yuck.

I loved the tint it gave and how 2 drops is enough….BUT I have oily skin so it wasn't a good combo with my skin type but I recommend it for people with dry skin. I need the exact same thing that isn't so oily

Product quantity not matching

I got a sample of this and ive been using it this summer. Its okay but theres little to no color payoff in this product compared to other popular bronzer drops. Id say it just makes you look glossy but thats it. I agree with others are saying how the bottle gets tacky as you use it. I dont think its worth it.

I want to love this highlighter…I have it in three shades! I really like the prodict; however, the packaging is…yuck. I usually don't care about things like that, but this is different. All three of my bottles feel sticky/tacky to the touch. Like melted rubber. It shouldn't deter me, because I really like the glow and finish of this highlighter. Sadly, though, it totally does!

I like the color - it works well just feels like it has petroleum texture

I cannot stand to use this highlighter mainly because bottle is sticky and makeup debris is instantly attracted to it. The highlighter itself looks nice if you use it as a body highlighter but it does not mix well with my concealer and fountain and ends up wiping them off.

I have used other luminizers and thought they were really great until I used this one. This one is great for my dry skin. I was worried the really light color would be too light but it wasn't. Tinted Luminizer doesn't irritate my skin or give me acne breakouts. I get enough coverage to look good and I've found this mixes with other products both cream and powder.

I don't regret this as my free diamond gift. Im fair skinned and chose dawn. Gives me a nice rose gold glow. A little really does go a long way. Dewy look, can get sticky like other comments state.

Not glowy, No pigment, no shimmer, just greasy. Its shiny for sure, but its essentially expensive vasoline. It doesn't shimmer, oh, also it doesnt dry. Will stay wet and greasy and transfer. Even the brush I used to blend it looked like I swabbed oil with it for weeks. Took 2 washes with Dawn to clean my brush. Was a waste of money and points sadly.

This highlighter mixes well with moisturizer for a glowy look. The texture of the container is absolutely horrible-it feels sticky/grippy like a mixture of adhesive and rubber to the touch. The product works well but it is also nothing that stands out from others. The container alone ruins it.

I had high hopes for this highlighter, but I was disappointed. Luckily, I purchased the small travel size bottle and didn't waste my money on the full size. I have the shade Golden Hour, but when I put it on there is ZERO shimmer :( I agree with others about the bottle too, when you first open it, the bottle is SUPER sticky. I wiped it down with a wet wipe and the stickiness is gone. Gave it 3 starts because I do love the color and will use it as a backup highlighter.

alright so here's the thing: everyone is speaking the truth, but the product is very pretty. I look like a glazed donut with this on. I got the shade moonlight. it's such a natural, healthy-looking glow & it takes a good formula to achieve that type of glow. however, it doesn't set down & the bottle is SO weird...it's a sensory nightmare. everyone is saying it's sticky (which i totally get), but it's almost more of a "grippy" (???) feeling and less of a sticky feeling. it's super hard to describe. it also doesn't sit flat on a surface which is strange. the cap is like this striated fake metal which also feels horrible. i don't understand the thought process behind this bottle. i hate it so much. but if you're looking for an editorial glow & you don't care about the horrible bottle, then this is for you.

I got this as a diamond gift & it's been incredible. I have extremely sensitive skin.. it breaks out easily & is very dry. I was told by my dermatologist years ago to make sure everything I use on my face is noncomedogenic. When I originally looked this product up, I swear I found that it was noncomedogenic but now I can't find that anywhere. I've been using this for a little over a week without any issues at all. My skin is so sensitive, I would've noticed within 1-2 days of use if this was a no-go. I love how nourishing it is. I've implemented this in my makeup regimen. I use Estee Lauder Advanced Repair serum, Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme lotion, then this over it ... it adds so much moisture! Then I follow up with It Cosemetics Bye Bye Under eye concealer & then Double Wear Foundation. I'm an Estee Lauder fan... tried everything from L'Oréal to Chanel... Estees the best for my sensitive skin. This product has been fantastic. I look forward to it every day, just for the extra moisture. Get it. I'll be buying it in the future. I bought golden hour & have light skin.
