It's lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave a white cast, which is a huge win if you have deeper/darker skin. The SPF 50 is strong enough for daily use, and it sits well under makeup without pilling. It contains skin brightening ingredients, vitamin C. It does have a light fragrance, so keep that in mind if you have sensitive skin. Can't forget that it is available with HSA!!

It does have a smoother finish that leaves behind a bit of a glow which I attribute to the vitamin c doing what it claims to. I was not very impressed with how long it seemed to take to absorb into my skin without leaving more of an oily feel that sat on top of my skin.

It's super lightweight and is definitely hydrating (especially for my sensitive, dry skin). My only complaint is that it still has that SPF smell, which I'm not a fan of. I wish it had a more pleasant smell. If that could be changed, this would be perfect for me.

First off, the product applies smoothly and feels rich on the skin, though it's a little thicker than some sunscreens I've used. It wears well under makeup and I didn't experience any pilling, which is always a plus. Overall, it's comfortable to wear and doesn't interfere with my makeup routine. However, I decided to run a little experiment to test its sun protection. I applied a generous amount of the Murad sunscreen to one hand and my usual sunscreen to the other, then went outside with UV detection stickers on both hands. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by the results. Despite layering a second coat of the Murad sunscreen, it didn't seem to provide sufficient protection—the UV exposure on both hands was pretty much the same. In the end, while the Murad Superactive Moisturizer SPF 50 feels great on the skin and works well under makeup, its actual sun protection doesn't seem to measure up based on my experiment. For anyone looking for reliable sun defense, I'd recommend considering other options.
