Time will tell
Time will tell how this product works. I bought these yesterday evening and took one when I got home. I went from high irritation and crying spells to feeling literally carefree and actually tired with a comfortable body temperature within an hour. First night in a week I slept throughout the night without getting up to pee or stretch my legs. Maybe this was all coincidence, but I’m excited to take this again tonight and see how I feel.

I have noticed better sleep, feeling calmer, and fewer hot flashes, though it’s not a total fix. Took a little time to kick in, but overall I do feel some relief. Worth trying if you want a gentle option. The packaging is cute, but the cap gives a little bit of trouble opening. The whole cap will come off when you try to open the flip top.

Works!
This is the best thing I’ve tried and I had a ton of varying problems in addition to menopause that went undiagnosed for about seven years because it was not when doctors thought it should be. This was the only thing I found that helped. It helps my sleep, mood, regulates my all over temperature etc.. However, I will say I take it a month or two then off a month or two then back on and/or take every other day or so and it seems to work best that way and I achieve the most even results. Sure, it won’t work for everyone but, you should try it for yourself and see. Highly recommend giving it a go.

Everybody is different and seems you need to find the one that works for you and your body. The ingredients are simple. If it worked for me, it would've been a great value.

I dont like it and wouldnt recommend.
I don’t like it. I’ve tried it a couple of times & I feel weird with a headache. I don’t like whatever it’s doing to me & I wouldn’t recommend it. See a doctor.

Doesn’t work and hard to take
I was excited to try this product since I generally love Olly but after taking it for a month it hasn’t helped my menopause symptoms. Plus the pill capsule gets a sticky feeling when you take it and it feels like it’s stuck even with excessive amounts of water.

I think menopause definitely is different for everyone and this has worked for other women I know. I love the small discreet container. I left it on my work desk to remind myself to take daily. I didn’t have any issues with smell or taste. I think if this works for you it is a great value as HRT is expensive. I received this complimentary to try!

I suffered with night sweats and am happy to report that is resolved! My husband even thinks I am less moody! The capsules are a little large but easy to swallow. I have not noticed any after taste. I love the easy of the flip cap on the container too. I highly recommend you give this one a try!!

Worked wonders initially
I was having extreme hot flashes literally every 15-30 minutes. These helped me immensely during the first couple of months. My hot flashes during the day almost disappeared. I would still get mild night sweats (I'm guessing as the effects started to wear off). But the relief was noticeable. Unfortunately, it seems like my body has grown accustomed to it now, as my hot flashes during the day have returned. Not as intense and not as often, but they are definitely creeping back in. I will finish the bottle I have and then decide whether to repurchase.

Vitamins for mature women going through the change

Vitamins can take months to show any results and I am purchasing again because I am hopeful these will eventually help with signs of menopause.

It does work quite well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have took this for a fee weeks now and I do feel a change in myself. I'm no longer quick to get angry and have become some what back to normal. My husband even made a comment on how my mood has changed. The pill goes down quickly and has no taste. The only problem I have is how hard it is to open. I would recommend this product.
