You only have to take one. They don't have a weird taste or smell and they seemed really effective. Overall, worth checking out if you're going through menopause.

My husband even made a comment on how my mood has changed. The pill goes down quickly and has no taste. The only problem I have is how hard it is to open. I would recommend this product.

Wanted to love it based on its claims for menopausal health but was not wowed by it, did not help with any of my symptoms. Unfortunately I can’t recommend and will not be purchasing in the future.

My mood is so much better. I’m less fatigued and I sleep so much better! The price is so affordable, it a great value for my money. The capsules are easy to swallow. There isn't much of a taste but something about the scent reminds me of oregano. Which is fine since I like oregano. I'll finish the bottle but I'm not expecting any major change in my opinion in the next week.

Only 29..99 a bottle I will be buying bottle. I love that. It has safe ingredients and it is affordable. The packaging keeps it fresh and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Unfortunately, I don’t feel like it helped any of my symptoms and seem to actually make my insomnia and hot flashes worse. I also feel like it’s pretty pricey for. 30 days supply.

The pills are large and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I'm still experiencing nightly menopausal symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes, but not as often.

I'm in perimenopause so I haven't experienced the dreaded hot flashes and night sweats yet but I've been taking this for about 3 weeks and do feel that it helps with stress, fatigue and mental relaxation because I'm usually all over the place. This seems to help me feel more regulated, is the best way to put it. I like that it's an herbal blend and only 1 capsule a day too. We will see how well this works when I reach menopause but so far so good!

The pill is large and tasteless and I tend to take it in the morning after breakfast. It appears to have helped with hot flashes at night. While not completely eradicated, they do seem to have decreased. While I received these to try for free in exchange for my review, I am definitely considering buying another month to see how they continue.

I love this product. I meant Perry menopause. I had to try and after using the product for three weeks I said wait a minute. I feel different. I don’t feel mad. I don’t feel upset. I don’t feel bloated. I wonder why then I remembered I just started taking these.! Going to get another supply.

I started taking them for hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep issues, and after about 3–4 days, I noticed I was sleeping deeper and waking up less drenched. My mood also felt more even, which was a welcome change. They don’t contain hormones, which I liked, and they’re vegan too. I’ve seen some reviews say they didn’t do anything, so I guess it's not a one-size-fits-all. Personally, though, they’ve helped me feel more balanced and way less irritable. I just wish I had tried the gummy form—they're capsules for now, which isn’t my favorite, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
