Not as Pictured
I thought this shelf would go perfect in our bedroom of the same coloring that also has antique brass hardware. What I received was not antique brass but more like an unpolished silver or dark dingy metal. The wood, while I know wouldn’t be exact, looked nothing like what was pictured either. I had to look up what I purchased to make sure there wasn’t an option for a different color that I had accidentally picked. It just isn’t represented properly. The construction isn’t very good either with one side loose. It’s unfortunate because it feels like this is starting to become more and more common with this Hearth & Hand line.

Pretty and Functional!
I was hesitant to order when I saw several reviews stating the unit was crooked. One of the vertical brackets was just ever-so-slightly slanted, but it was really easy to straighten out. It’s the perfect size for my daughter’s bathroom vanity for all her trinkets and bathroom essentials. It was easy to hang on my own and is great quality and very pretty! I’ll likely purchase another if it comes back in stock!

Entire unit is crooked - terrible quality
We purchased 2 of the single shelf units and 2 of the 3-shelf units. All were completely crooked and there is no way to "adjust" the metal brackets to be straight with the wood. They looked terrible so we returned them immediately.

I should have listened to the reviews about missing hardware and the brackets being crooked but bough this anyway. Came missing the hardware so I returned and got a replacement in store only to realize before hanging that the brackets are slightly bent and is noticeable in the wall so it’s going back again. Very pretty shelf but not assembled with proper care.

Cute but no hardware.
I had high hopes for this shelf. I got it for my son to.put all his stuff thats all over my bathroom counter, but there was no hardware to hang it. I ended up finding some screws that fit and the shelf came down. Yes i know to anchor it but still fell.
