Absolutely way too salty. 125 mg of sodium for 1/4 tsp is absurd. There are way better taco seasonings out there like Siete that won’t make you retain water.

I made chicken tacos and the taste was as good as if I would have used ground beef. I did find this in many different stores and it’s a bit pricey for taco seasoning.

It was super easy to mix with my ground beef. The packaging really caught my eye. It was a design I’ve never seen on spices before, so that would definitely make me pick it up in store.
