Best bone broth I’ve ever had. Easy to mix. Quick protein

The Bare Bones Broth tastes amazing! All of the choices are savory and delicious! We are trying to improve our bone health. We have several family members with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. We have a family member undergoing chemotherapy. So this bone broth is helping rebuild our strength and is easy to digest.

I cant stand the beef bone broth, all I cant taste is oregano. The chicken bone broth on the other hand is out of this world delicious!

I had been struggling with getting in enough meals throughout the day (mom of three, full time employee, owns a business, active in my community. The list goes on.), so my dietician recommended I start incorporating more liquid options that I can consume on the go. I just happened to have some of these Bare Bones Beef Bone Broth single serve packets in my pantry for a way to easily increase protein in our dinners, and was excited to try them as just a regular broth. My dietician was in full support. Let me tell you, this is one of the highlights of my day. I typically have a cup around the early afternoon as a pick me up between client calls while I’m answering emails, and it’s quickly become a part of my daily routine. I feel energized the next few hours after and my normally finicky gut (let’s be honest, it’s from all the caffeine in my life) has mellowed out and become much more regulated. I have been raving about this brand to my friends because the broth has great flavor but isn’t too salty or overwhelming. It mixes easily with a good stir in some hot water. I cannot recommend it enough if you’re considering adding this to your regimen. I’ve signed up for the subscription and my one complaint is that there’s only 16 in a bag. I’d love a bulk bag option that I could get every month 😅

I recently bought the fruit punch elevated drink mix. So I have the best of both worlds, one I love to sit on hot broth, and the other I can add ice for a cool drink. ❤️

The plain chicken was great, didn’t care for the ginger lemon much.

I purchased this before my bariatric surgery. I need to have at least 60g of protein a day and drink a lot of water. This helped to fulfill both those needs and gave my taste buds a savory warm flavor when everything else was bland. I used just one packet, per 16 oz of water.

The sample pack is a great idea! The flavor is good I just wish the sample pack was twice the size

This is a great solution to sneak in some protein without a ton of calories. The flavors are great - beef and chicken are my favorite

It tastes like chicken soup! It had a bit too much of a carrot flavor for my preference but with a little garlic powder and it is perfect:)

The ramen bone broth is a complete game changer. it is a quick and easy source of protein when simply mixed with warm water to sip on. i also enjoy making homemade, better-for-you, ramen by using the ramen instant bone broth as a base and boil my own ramen noodles in it. 10/10

Bare Bones makes THE best and most convenient bone broth. I occasionally drink it, but mostly I use the packets more like a bouillon base to increase the protein count in my meals and it really makes a difference. Unlike traditional bouillons, it’s not overly salty but gives a nice, subtle flavor boost. The packets are also easy to grab and go for a warm, midday drink with protein that’s especially nice if it’s cold or you’re feeling a little under the weather.
