Easy, convenient protein source

I love that you do not have to drain this! Not only is it convenient at home; but these are easy to travel with - just pop the lid and eat. I am a 60 yr old female and always looking for easy ways to boost protein without a lot of cooking or prep time spent. This can, plus one of the good and gather salad mixes provides me with a healthy meal while staying at hotels. Much better than spending $$$ on unhealthy restaurant food. This tuna tastes great as well!
