Q: Straw blockage - after a one time use and washing the straw is no longer allowing water and my child is not getting any liquid? What could be the problem? I've even tried and nothing is coming out the straw

  • A: The top and bottom portion of the straw needs to be assembled together first. Make sure the straw is pushed together fully to block the hole on the spout. Then pull completely through the lid after washing. If the straw is not pulled through all the way, no liquid will flow through the straw. The straw collar needs to be pulled all the way through.. If the collar is not visible, the straw will not flow.

    Functionality not worth it but design is fine.

    I purchased this sippy cup after reading the reviews . My expectations were high my son 14 months used it today and I thought it was great and planned to buy more but before I did I checked it myself and it wasn’t working . The water was dripping from the small hole on the side but not from the straw and it was a mess. The water wasn’t coming out from the straw. I am really upset as I expected this sippy cup to be better than the others I purchased in the past which weren’t good. The cup itself on the exterior was made well but not sure what happened with the functionality very disappointing.

    I’ve enjoyed this sippy cup a lot! It’s super easy to clean, all the pieces come apart and a regular straw cleaner works just fine for this cup! It doesn’t leak even if there’s some in the straw, my baby will hold it upside down and nothing comes out. I like how the handles are detachable

    Leaks

    I bought this set of cups and they both leak very badly. We normally use the blue cups with cactus and space dinosaurs and absolutely love them with no issues. The colors are great but the leaking was very discouraging.

    My twin grandsons gave the cups a go & WOWZA!! We all loved them! From the cute designs, to the optional handles, and the durable two piece straw with leak proof silicone upper piece… to the the handy rollover lid - these insulated cups are the BOMB!     Hard to sip

    I bought this for my 1 year old son and he gets so frustrated drinking from it as he is not able to get enough water I think when sipping it. The product itself seems durable and good quality but sadly he doesn’t seem to like it. Not sure if I should be doing something to the cup to make more water come out. Even when I tried to sip it, very little water comes out.
