The elephant really helps

My son HATES having his boogers sucked. I wish I could say this makes him enjoy it... unfortunately that's not the case. But he really does like the elephant. Even when he's crying after getting cleaned out, we'll talk to him via the elephant ("Thank you for the yummy boogers!") and he can't help but let out a chuckle. Definitely makes the experience more bearable.

Luna is the rare baby gadget that actually makes sick days easier. The light is genius, you can tell they thought of everything, it makes middle of the night booger duty so much smoother and my kid literally asks for the elephant by name.

Filter doesn't stop snot

I wanted to like this but the snot gets into the tube and you end up getting snot in your mouth. Very gross experience

Poor suction

The idea behind this product is nice but the suction is very low. My toddler lost his patience and started crying while I was trying to clear his nostrils.

If suction feels weak, please check the trunk placement, the trunk should extend out from the front of the head and snap into place, check the disposable filter is in place, and the device is free of clogs. Using saline drops to loosen the mucus or adjusting the angle can also help.
