lovely colors, poor quality

I'd give it one star but the colors of the blanket are lovely. I just received this today and put it in the wash. it now has several long threads hanging from it, like it was so fragile it couldnt hold together. I did not put it in the dryer. It says it's machine washable and dryable, but clearly it's not, and now I can't return it or get it replaced. Super disappointed.
