Terrible shipping
I wish it were possible to rate the item and the shipping separately. The item is very nice but it arrived in a box with many other breakable items (ceramic plant pots) and zero packing material and in an oversized box. So everything rolled around, the box itself was crushed since it was 2/3 empty, no surprise it was all damaged except the metal tea kettle and some hand towels. The worst part? I explained in the "fix an issue" process that there were glass shards all over in this giant box and included a pic and they still requested I send it back before using a replacement. I have NEVER been asked to return broken glass but that's exactly what I did. Apologized to UPS when I dropped it off.
